About the 25 x 30 +5 cm Mailing Bag (with document pocket)

The 25 x 30 cm mailing bag is a self-adhesive mailing bag for everyday apparel and book shipments. The +5 cm in the size is the self-adhesive closing flap that seals the mouth of the bag – just peel off the protective strip and fold the flap down.

A clear document pocket on the front lets you place the invoice, delivery note or return form on the outside of the bag without a separate packing list envelope, so couriers and recipients can reach the paperwork without opening the parcel.

What fits in this size?

The 25 x 30 cm size is ideal for T-shirts, shirts, blouses, books and thin textile products. If your product doesn't fit, check the next size up; if there is too much empty space, try the next size down.

Features

  • Self-adhesive seal: quick closing with the built-in adhesive strip
  • Durable plastic: protects the shipment from dust and moisture
  • Document pocket: clear invoice / delivery note pocket on the front
  • Courier-friendly: suitable for shipping with all courier companies

Where is it used?

A favourite with clothing stores, print-on-demand shops and booksellers shipping single garments or books. It is suitable for sending with all courier companies and is widely used by sellers on Amazon, Etsy, eBay and other marketplaces.

Bulk pricing

Mailing bags are produced in our own facility and priced for volume – the more you order, the lower the unit price. For regular or high-volume needs, get in touch for a wholesale quote.

How to Use

  1. Choose the right size for your item: it should slide in easily without leaving too much empty space in the bag.
  2. Place the item in the bag and peel the release liner off the +5 cm flap.
  3. Press the flap down to seal; the adhesive strip shows visible signs of tampering if opened.
  4. Slip the invoice or packing list into the transparent pocket on the front.

Order & Payment

  • Choose a quantity, add it to your cart and complete your order online.
