Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER: The natural or legal person whose details are given in the order form.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, whose characteristics and sale price are stated in the order summary.

3. Products, Price and Payment

The type, size, quantity, unit price, VAT and total price of the products are stated in the order summary and in the order information sent to the BUYER. Prices are in Turkish Lira. For payments made by bank transfer (wire/EFT), the order is processed once the payment has been received in the SELLER's account. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped by courier to the address provided by the BUYER within the statutory period of 30 days from payment confirmation. In-stock products are usually dispatched within a short time.

5. Right of Withdrawal

A BUYER who is a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The notice of withdrawal is sent to the SELLER in writing or by e-mail. The product must be in its unopened packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, or to products personalised at the BUYER's request (printed, custom-size, etc.).

BUYERS who are legal entities or merchants purchasing for commercial or professional purposes are not considered consumers; for such orders, the right of withdrawal and return conditions are agreed separately between the parties.

6. Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction up to the value announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes above that value.

7. Entry into Force

By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted this agreement; the agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
