Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been paid for can be cancelled free of charge. To cancel an order that has been paid for but not yet handed over to the courier, contact us with your order number; your payment will be refunded to the same account.

Returns

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. Products to be returned must be in their unopened packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. Once the return is approved, the price of the product is refunded within 14 days at the latest.

Printed products made specifically for your company and custom-size orders are produced to order and are therefore excluded from returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check the package on delivery; for damaged packages, ask the courier to prepare a damage report. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete shipment, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund the product free of charge.
