Key facts

• Minimum quantity: 30,000 bags per design and size.
• Printing: flexographic printing in 1 to 4 colours on opaque film (white or black, depending on the model).
• Sizes: standard sizes from 25 x 30 +5 cm to 40 x 50 +5 cm; other sizes on request.
• Options: with or without a document pocket, with or without a die-cut handle.

Artwork checklist

• Vector file (AI, EPS or PDF with outlined fonts).
• Pantone references for each colour; flexo printing reproduces solid colours best.
• Avoid very fine lines and small text below about 6 pt.
• Leave a clear area for the shipping label, or let us suggest a layout.

Process

1. Send size, quantity, number of colours, artwork and destination.
2. We reply with a unit price, production lead time and freight quote.
3. You approve a digital proof showing the print position on the bag.
4. After payment the printing plates are made and production starts.
5. Bags are packed in cartons and shipped with the export documents.
