The quickest way to choose a packing list envelope (documents enclosed wallet) is to measure the document as it will travel — folded or flat — and add at least 5 mm on every side so it slides in without creasing. The table below lists the eight sizes we produce and what each one is designed to hold.

Three rules of thumb
- Customs paperwork travels flat. For international shipments with a commercial invoice and packing list in several copies, choose 25 x 33 cm so nothing has to be folded and customs officers can remove the documents easily.
- Domestic e-commerce uses A5. A single A4 invoice folded once fits 18 x 25 cm; 19 x 26 cm is the safer choice when you add a return form or a second page.
- Small boxes need small pouches. On jewellery boxes, cosmetics cartons or small poly mailers the pouch must sit on a flat face; 11 x 12.5 cm or 14 x 18 cm avoids wrapping it around an edge.
Plain or printed front?
A fully clear front lets anyone read the document without opening the pouch. A front printed with "Packing List Enclosed", "Invoice Enclosed" or "Documents Enclosed" tells handlers what is inside and can also hide sensitive figures. Printed wording is available as a custom order.
How many do I need?
One pouch per parcel. Most e-commerce sellers order two to three months of shipments at a time to reach a lower quantity tier; tier prices are shown on every product page.

For couriers and online shops the most common sizes are A5-format pouches: 18 x 25 cm and 19 x 26 cm (about 7 x 10 inches), which hold an A4 invoice folded in half. For export shipments with unfolded customs documents, 25 x 33 cm (A4) is standard.
Will a US Letter page fit an A4 packing list envelope?
Yes. US Letter is 21.6 x 27.9 cm (8.5 x 11 in), slightly shorter than A4, so it fits a 25 x 33 cm (9.8 x 13 in) pouch flat.
Which size fits an A4 sheet folded in three?
An A4 sheet folded in three measures about 9.9 x 21 cm, so it needs a long pouch such as 14 x 26 cm. It does not fit the small 11 x 12.5 cm or 14 x 18 cm sizes.
